Terry is a founding member of NRHM Law, practicing at both the Edmonton and Wainwright Offices. He has extensive experience in all areas of the law, including Civil and Criminal Litigation, Real Estate, Surface Rights, Family Law, Corporate Law, and Agricultural Law. These areas include wills and estate planning, estates, divorce settlements, oil and pipeline negotiations, and the purchase and sale of homes and businesses. Terry is a member of the Alberta and Saskatchewan Collaborative Law Group. He has appeared before numerous administrative tribunals, the Alberta Court of Justice, the Alberta Court of Kings’s Bench, and the Alberta Court of Appeal. Terry was appointed Queen’s Counsel in 1996.
Terry has four grown children.
