Terry is a founding member of Nickerson Roberts Holinski & Mercer, practicing at both the Edmonton and Wainwright Offices. He has extensive experience in all areas of the law, including Civil and Criminal Litigation, Real Estate, Surface Rights, Family Law, Corporate Law and Agricultural Law. These areas include motor vehicle defenses, car accidents, wills and estate planning, estates, divorce settlements, oil well and pipeline negotiations, the purchase and sale of homes and businesses and more. Terry is a member of the Alberta and Saskatchewan Collaborative Law Group. He has experience at the Alberta Provincial Court, Queen’s Bench and Alberta Court of Appeal. Terry was appointed Queen’s Counsel in 1996.

Terry and his wife have four grown children.
