Born in Tofield, Alberta, Roy is one of the founding partners of Nickerson Roberts Holinski & Mercer and prides himself in being a well-informed general practitioner with a special interest in civil litigation. Roy has trial experience in all levels of Court in Alberta, as well as the Northwest Territories and the Supreme Court of Canada.
